We can scarcely hear one level higher than where we are at. This was Hitler's Germany. His people had given up all hope so choosing one enemy to attack lifts the people up for the reason that they can hear that. But nevertheless this is NOT a solution. Anger is only energy increasing to confront so we can achieve the next level.

This is important to YOU because you can see what level you tend to be at throughout the day. Always be sincere with yourself. What will move you up is the next rung of the ladder and that is what you will attract. Be aware of your level and know that you are drawing your level and the level above you. This is very helpful in knowing that it is OK for somebody in apathy to get angry. Promote it! But don't stay there. Reach for the next level right away.

Every level is just a rung on the ladder. Whenever anger is higher, allow that and promptly ask, 'What is one thing I could confront? If you've been angry for a while, look forward to being bored. It is a step on the way to being interested again. At all times, your direction is What can I create? How will I be able to add beauty to the world?

Seek the next higher level. Be careful of those at the next higher level attempting to keep you only at that level for their own advantage. Seek out strong individuals at the highest level that speak of creation, beauty, construction. Be aware that when you hear people two levels above you, if it bothers you, or you don't trust them, that is you being stranded at your level. Don't attempt to bring them down to a level so you can hear them. Keep away from becoming a part of this chaos and plunging into low-level thinking.
